Shirley Verrier

Shirley Verrier grew up in a small Michigan town.

After graduating Central Michigan University, she moved with her husband to central Florida. There, they raised a family. An advocate for education, she taught middle school and also completed her graduate work at the University of South Florida.

 

When she's not writing, Shirley enjoys painting or sipping coffee and enjoying nature from the porch of her Michigan cottage.

 

Michael Brzozowski

Michael is an artist who resides in Detriot, Michigan.

 

He states the inspiration for his works stems from being a "life-long learner, a visual art teacher, and traveling."

 

When he's not painting or drawing, Michael can be found having adventures with his canine friend, Jude.

Laurie Pluimer

Laurie Pluimer has written for multiple magazines and her local newspaper.

 

The Year of Penny is her debut children’s novel.

 

She resides in Wisconsin with her husband, two children, one dog, and two cats, and a duck. You can find her hiking in the woods or on Facebook at Laurie Pluimer Books.

Debbie Roppolo

Award-winning author Debbie Roppolo grew up in the Blackland Prairie region of Texas, where miles of grassland and her horse were her best friends. Yep, that’s right–a modern day version of Laura Ingalls.

She is the author of several award-winning, and recognized children's books in addition to being an award-winning humorist. 

Roppolo’s stories have been published in newspapers, magazines, and in several of the Chicken Soup for the Soul books.

Married for over thirty years, she resides in the Texas Hill Country with her husband John. She is the zookeeper of two dogs, argumentative visiting mockingbirds, a curious feral possum, and two kids.

Jonathan Roppolo

Jonathan Roppolo is an award-winning photographer on a mission. Rather than judge a person or object on physical appearances, he chooses to find inner beauty. His photography reflects that.

 

Roppolo is an advocate for special needs people and is a member of several community based non–profit organizations. He resides in the Texas Hill Country with his family.
