Merriam-Webster dictionary refers to "the skinny" as: "...the true information about someone or something that is not known by most people." It would be simplier to say "About us", but that's too tame and that's just not what we are. Our staff embraces vivid imagination and, well, "thinking outside the box".  So, I'm sure you'd like to know a bit about us.

 

Created in 2021, Pecan Springs Publishing is a fiercely independent, traditional book publisher based in Texas.

 

Our publisher, Debbie Roppolo, is an award-winning children's author. She's been writing longer than Facebook's been in existence and her stories are published in newspapers, magazines, and in several of the Chicken Soup for the Soul books.

 

As avid readers ourselves, we search for books that tease the imagination, taking the readers on adventures they never thought possible. Our team searches for a diversity of authors, those who share our passion and are willing to enlighten and uplift readers worldwide with their words.
